Project # 1 A two story house with the first level being built with Nudura. 4" forms.

Location Red Bud, Calhoun
The first two courses were poured with Nudura's flooring hangers. Once set, The flooring Trusses were put in and the floor was installed.
Once the floor was in, the building continued. Door and Windows take shape. The bracing is put up and windows and doors are blocked in and braced. Rebar in the wall was #4 and #4 for vertical placement.
Once the prepour inspection is complete, its time to pour the concrete. The pour went great with no problems. Actually the pour looked to easy. The pump truck operator did a great job in moving the boom and making it look simple. The pour took about 3 hours and the bracing was used to get walls level.
